Risky Business

STPM results have just been released. Not too poor, not too good either. But, either way, it's good enough.
In the effort of being 'productive', I decided to enroll early in college instead of working part-time. Since we had at least 3 months of break before the release of the results, I thought might as well. I won't lie that I felt rather insecure and worrisome throughout that period. I've been questioning myself whether I can make it - is good enough to allow me stay in the course? It was heavy on the conscience as well (we had to pay in advance, easily paid 10k already). But, as it turns out, life wasn't all that cruel to me ;)
Still here and pursuing my dreams in college. Will I miss the school days? Nah. The lecturers here are professional enough to not assault you personally (lol). Good focus on concepts rather than blind memorisation (Yay for Mr. Saw!). Can't wait for the first semester to end and to start a more specialised learning route.
What did I learn in Form 6? Honesty is NOT the best policy. I do no regret saying, "Why do extra? My efforts are better spent on things that will help me in a long run. "
True enough, experience is priceless here.
There, I took my first big risk and managed to reap its perks. Miss Thila should be proud LOL
